Quality Assurance Manager / Data Protection Manager Associate

Created in 2017, the aim of MyData-TRUST is to support the Life Sciences Industry in Data Protection compliance projects. MyData-TRUST is composed of a multi-disciplinary team including data privacy lawyers, IT, security specialists and pharmaceutical subject matter experts.

Continuing to grow, MyData-TRUST is looking to hire a QA Manager / Data Protection Manager Associate. We are looking for a person with previous experience in quality. You will learn about data protection at the beginning of your position in our company.

Mission

This double-hat function is performed by a person having an academic and professional career was built around Life Science and the Quality system.

As a project manager, his tasks include counseling, data protection analysis, client representative to subjects and supervisory authorities. As a QA Manager, the person defines, organizes, implements, and controls the quality approach of the company. Its goal is to meet to the chosen policy and strategic directions as well as standards like ISO 9001.

Main tasks

As QA Manager:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in knowledge management (or equivalent experience)
  • You have an experience with key knowledge management concepts, tools, and techniques (i.e. capture tacit and explicit knowledge, …)
  • A professional services industry experience or client-serving experience is ideal
  • You are respectful, honest, autonomous, committed, rigorous and communicative
  • You are a team player, you take ownership, you have an analytical mindset and you are solution oriented
  • You have good interpersonal skills and developing easily relationships with experts, opinion leaders, team members and users
  • A previous experience in data protection and/or in clinical regulations is a plus
  • You have a good command in english

 

As Data Protection Manager Associate:

  • Project managementand coordination.
  • Participate in meetings with customers.
  • Perform data protection gap analysis (DPGA).
  • Carry out the Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
  • Develop procedures, guidelines and templates.
  • Give advice and recommendations on data protection.
  • As a data protection expert, stay informed about the latest developments in this area.
  • Organize internal information sessions on practical data protection developments in the Life Sciences sector in order to keep the operational knowledge up-to-date.
