With 15 years’ experience in the heart of one of the biggest #CRO in the world, Kim will be part of panel experts to share her valuable knowledge and experience during the U.S. Data Privacy for Health 2024!

Wolff Hillebrand | Corcept Therapeutics

🇺🇸 The Senior Legal Director of Corcept Therapeutics, Wolf Mueller-Hillebrand, will take part of the debate as one of our panel experts! As a Life Sciences lawyer with comprehensive in-house experience advising on global laws & regulations since more than 20years, Wolf has acquired valuable skills in Clinical Research, GCP, Privacy and Data Protection that he will share during our next edition of Data Privacy for Health 2024!

Jay Hodes | Colington Consulting

Jay Hodes is a leading expert in HIPAA compliance and President of Colington Consulting. His company provides HIPAA consulting services for healthcare providers and business associates. Mr. Hodes has over 35 years of combined experience in risk assessments, site security evaluation, regulatory compliance, policy and procedures assessments, and Federal law enforcement management.

Erika Moncada

Erika holds a biotechnology engineering diploma and started her career at Nestlé in Mexico. Since August 2018, she’s been with MyData-TRUST, initially stepping in as a DPO in Belgium, mainly serving U.S. clients. Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, allowing her to communicate effectively across diverse cultures.

She played a pivotal role in the creation of this new entity, fully backed by the founders of MyData-TRUST for this venture. Together, they launched this new Mexican Entity in 2023. She put together her team in June 2023, leading them with enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness.

Julie Liambotis

Creating awareness, communities and partnerships is one of the best quality of Julie. She values and builds strong authentic relationships with partners, colleagues, community influencers, and leadership teams. Her approach, informed by many years of clinical practice across all patient settings, is both empathetic and effective. She helps to identify market opportunities, create and implement innovative programs to increase brand awareness across communities of patients, consumers, and organizations.

Julie joined MyData-TRUST in 2022 and became U.S. Director and Certified DPO in 2023.

Damien Mair

Damien is successful leader with almost 20 years’ experience in the clinical trial industry, including significant direct, remote and matrix line management experience across multiple regions, including North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Damien is passionate about Data Privacy and is a Certified Data Protection Officer, with extensive consulting experience within Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, CRO, eHealth, etc.). He has led a number of high-profile initiatives (continuous process improvement and quality by design), including system implementations, to successful completion at multiple organisations of differing sizes. He joined MyData-TRUST in 2020 and is now UK Entity Director and Chief Development Officer.
