Created in 2017, the aim of MyData-TRUST is to support the Life Sciences Industry in Data Protection compliance projects. MyData-TRUST is composed of a multi-disciplinary team including data privacy lawyers, IT, security specialists and pharmaceutical subject matter experts.

Our scale-up company is looking for a Knowledge Manager for the Mons entity (Belgium) to work under a hybrid model (part remote working and part presence in the office).

Mission

While it is quite easy to share information and knowledge within a team of a few people, it’s a real challenge in a fast-growing organization with people working largely remotely. We started a few initiatives grouping people around services or topics to build the poles of expertise.

In this context, we are looking for an experienced person to outline a knowledge management strategy and lead its implementation.

You will work under the supervision of our Chief Innovation Officer and in collaboration with our Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the top management, this position benefits from a large autonomy.

Main tasks

  • You understand types of knowledge mastered by operational staff
  • You define the knowledge management strategy and lead its implementation
  • Upon implementation, you maintain and improve the (eco)system in place
  • You collaborate with our Product Owner to select, build and implement the right tools
  • You define and assess actionable metrics to measure the knowledge management effectiveness
  • You contribute to develop a learning culture
  • You ensure rapid and efficient knowledge dissemination within the organization
  • Other responsibilities may be derived from the knowledge management strategy

What Are We Looking For?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in knowledge management (or equivalent experience)
  • You have an experience with key knowledge management concepts, tools, and techniques (i.e. capture tacit and explicit knowledge, …)
  • A professional services industry experience or client-serving experience is ideal
  • You are respectful, honest, autonomous, committed, rigorous and communicative
  • You are a team player, you take ownership, you have an analytical mindset and you are solution oriented
  • You have good interpersonal skills and developing easily relationships with experts, opinion leaders, team members and users
  • A previous experience in data protection and/or in clinical regulations is a plus
  • You have a good command in english
