Accounting & Controling Assistant


Accounting & Controling Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

You are constantly learning and growing in analysis and management control.

Main tasks

– You are in charge of invoicing
– You organize and ensure accounting in the AR / AP or GL departments
– You develop cost accounting for requirements
– You maintain and maintain regular reports by loading the data
– You track purchase orders and invoice approvals
– You enter bank transactions and periodic reconciliation
– You prepare the file of VAT declarations for the accounting firm
– You maintain digital and physical financial records
– You issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
– You review and file payroll documents

– Work experience as an Accounting or Controling Assistant
– Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
– Familiarity with finance regulations
– Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
– Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. WinBooks)
– Organization skills
– Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
– Good working knowledge of English
– BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field


The Accounting & Controling Assistant is in communication with some actors of the company and various external actors (customers, suppliers, etc.).

Hierarchical position

The Accounting & Controling Assistant reports directly to the Top Management (or the CEO) as well as Head of Financial department and, for some tasks, the Head of HR department.
